I am interviewing Michael Peticolas, owner of Peticolas Brewing in Dallas, TX. We talk about his uphill battle with the city of Dallas to create his brewery long before the city would allow them. The heart and thought that went into the Peticolas logo and how he goes about naming his creatively named beers. Including the namesake of one of his most popular beers, coming from his brother's TV episode of Cops. It was a privilege to talk with Michael. Very inspiring person!
