So I think I've mentioned this in previous episodes, but I might not have this year's word for me is, well, it's kind of two words. It's a phrase to let go. You know, I'm afraid of let go or letting go and elevate. I was stuck between those two. So I decided to combine them and make a phrase for this year of letting go to elevate. And really the focus is on letting go to elevate to improve myself, to become better. That's going to happen regardless.
