Jeremy Neves is a founder, investor, and consultant who spends his professional time starting and scaling business and teaching others to do the same. In 2009 he founded Xcite Satellite which employed 1,000+ individuals over a ten year period, generating over $70 million in sales before making a successful exit in 2019. He has since consulted a number of businesses, most notably a company that he helped grow revenue by $90 million year over year. Jeremy is a powerful, compassionate, inspiring leader who creates trust by being real and honest. Jeremy is also part of an undercover team responsible for rescuing children from sex-trafficking around the world. One this I really appreciate about Jeremy is his passion in helping all people recognize that they are valued, loved, and remembered, whether here or abroad. Jeremy chooses every day to reach for his potential by living life to its fullest and helping others do the same. As a young dad in the middle of an adoption journey, I really enjoyed this opportunity to hear Jeremy tell his own adoption story of bring home his son Baylor.
