We explored the importance of having body literacy and why we need more emphasis on it in the Arab world, alongside how to best align the activities or projects we undertake with where we are at in our cycle because of the hormones released within us at each stage. That's not all, we also dived into how women suffering from PCOS can connect with their cyclical nature (spoiler: using the moon), and more!
