I was stuck in the Falkland’s experiencing the worst pains and cramps ever, time was running out. I made every second count, now I am here and able to share my IBD Story!  Jonny is a fellow soldier & instructor in the Army, and has only recently been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis Disease, falling ill in the Falkland Islands, he has come through in a matter of months what some of us have taken years, now he is out the other side he wants to share his story to help those suffering with IBD... it really is an honour to be able to share this with everyone and Jonny has such a unique perspective on the disease and his story is so addictive I couldn't stop listening.  I’m a 36 yr old dad, who happens to be a fitness professional with Crohn’s disease, with a little help from my friends at Crohn’s and Colitis UK I want to help put people’s minds at ease when thinking about exercising with Crohn’s disease! I would love to hear from you in the comments and turn it into a bit of a discussion forum, where I can answer any questions or better yet learn from you guys!
