Paul finds a 88-89 Fleer basketball set for only $300 that may have potentially yielded a solid grade Michael Jordan. The Card Wars spending standings stands at Paul $5,480 and Caleb has only spent $2,309 however he has his eyes on some $500-$1,000 whales. The guys talk about the upcoming NBA playoffs and how the more playoff teams the better for the card industry as players from even lower seeded teams could get a bump in value. The Knicks could be poised to see a rise in prices including RJ Barrett and Julius Randle. Plus, Caleb explains why Steph Curry is deserving of the MVP trophy. The guys give their top pick-ups of the week and it’s a battle between two Ronald Acuna Jr. cards they each paid $150 for. Plus, Paul talks about how he saw baseball becoming the global game it is today by playing in overseas tournaments. Finally, the guys give their thoughts on Saturday’s Kentucky Derby- as they both think Essential Quality will be tough to beat and give their horses to keep an eye on.
