Today we dive into the conversation of being Grounded.
Are you Grounded, do you know what that means? Do you practice any rituals to help you stay grounded. I share some of the things I do to stay grounded, to stay centred and find inner peace. When we are grounded we can think better, we can feel better, we can make better decisions. When I am grounded, I move with ease, my body, my mind, my heart, my spirit flows with me and
around me.  When we are grounded, we are centred,
we can connect with love and compassion and feel fully alive. Feeling grounded is about truly feeling into who you are, how you feel and embodying the best version

more grounded we become, the more we flow, the more accepting we are of
ourselves and of our life in general
