2 Kings 3:16 And he said, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Make this valley full of ditches.’ Elisha commanded the kings to dig the ditches and prepare for rain. It was through their preparation that God sent the rain. God sends the rain to us according to our preparation. We dig and prepare for the rain of His Spirit through our "prayer and faith in Him."
