On this episode of the Coachspeak Podcast, Justin talks with Hakeem Dickson. Hakeem is a Restaurant Director with Chick-Fil-A in Austin, TX. Hakeem is a former high school football coach and youth ministry director. Justin and Hakeem go all the way back to the summer of 2011. Justin was Hakeem's football coach before hiring Hakeem onto the coaching staff. Justin and Hakeem coached together for four seasons serving as defensive coordinator, running backs and linebackers coach. Justin and Hakeem discuss leadership in a variety of ways including Hakeem's "70%" rule, as well as definitions of success, Core Values, their purpose statements, and why they've left jobs.
