On this episode of the Coachspeak Podcast, Justin talks with Annie Schmidt. Annie is a senior manager of capacity building with the NAMI National Office. In her current role, Annie serves as an "executive coach" helping executive directors for NAMI state offices in a variety of areas. Annie is also a former executive director and has coached interns and has served as a volunteer coordinator in the past.  Justin and Annie discuss her shift from being an ED to coaching ED's, how to establish boundaries at the workplace, Core Values, and she gives great advice for creating an awesome experience for interns.
