Today's hot topic is "quiet quitting." In work situations that frustrate us, it can feel easy to quiet quit but Colossians 3:23-25 tells us do things [work] to the best of our ability. It says, “whatever you do, work with all your heart...” Sometimes we can go into a state of withdrawal at work as a result of feeling disrespected, undervalued or betrayed. But we are called to have forbearance (tolerance) and self-control. In this episode we are going to talk about how we can reposition our mindset in situations that push us to quiet quit.
