Jeffrey Chand is an acupuncturist, practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Qigong instructor from the beautiful West coast of Canada.
He has been in clinical practice for over 20 years, and learned the most about Qigong from his time in Taiwan where he studied with several Qigong masters.
Jeff encourages everyone to practice qigong by “finding what works for you.”
This could be an ancient traditional practice, or a blend of Qigong and modern integrative medicine.
He offers simple Qigong videos on youtube and his website QigongforVitality.com and in what he calls the “Communi - Chi” - an online library of practices suitable for anyone who wants to help themselves with the practice of Qigong.
