Progress: I've lost 25 pounds and 14 inches and gone from a size 16/18 to 11/12! I've been able to stabilize my weight for the first time since having babies.
Favorite NSV: Feeling my waist when I put my hands on my hips! And my plantar fasciitis is healed
Favorite THM recipe: Whichever one I just discovered ;) . . . . Cinnamon Bun Shake in THT is a serious favorite.
