Peggy Ann Berry, PhD and RN, has worked in occupationalsafety and health since 1990. She is a certified occupationalhealth nurse specialist, receiving a masters’ in 2007 inOccupational Safety and Health Nursing followed by adoctorate in Nursing Research from the University ofCincinnati in 2015.Since 2010, Dr. Berry has been an advocate for chemicaltransparency in the fracking industry. She has partnered andparticipated through Earthworks, Earth Justice, Moms’ CleanAir Force, Ohio Environmental Council, and the Alliance ofNurses for Healthy Environments for testimony on chemicaltransparency and Methane New Source Rules to EPA publichearings. She lobbies as a volunteer with State and Nationalorganizations on clean air and water.
