Who should play the main characters circa now from a vintage 1960s film? What if “Friends” was made in 1975? If “Taxi Driver” were made today, who would be looking at who? Could Christian Bale play Travis Bickle (that’s a Ryan selection if I ever heard one)? The arguments, excitement, debate, possibilities and fun are endless.
