He was born and raised in Manitoba, and attended the Faculty of Architecture at University ofManitoba. Well-versed in the specialized and unique requirements of heritage preservation projects, Evan’s dedication to the conservation of Canada’s historical buildings has led to a portfolio ofwork that includes multiple structures at Lower Fort Garry, a wide range of historic Ontario armouries, and several facilities at Canada’s Royal Military College.
