Jeffery started his career in human resources and sales but pivoted when he realized that if he was not advocating for women’s issues at work, then he was not shaping the world that his daughter would inherit. Since then, Jeffery has built yWomen, a consulting firm with deep expertise on creating space at the table for women in corporate America.
