In this episode, we look at and honor the wisdomyour body has for you and begin to partner with it, listen to it. We'll take that wisdom and see whatit's asking you to take on that is you taking exquisite care of yourself and your body. Here are some queations i have for you to think about, journal about. Looking over your answers from last episode, what did you notice your body had to say, what did it want you to know? Taking what you noticed from that- write a love letter to yourself and your body. What are 10-15 things you promise your body to take on that are a PICK ME! PICK ME!? A mix of things you'll promise yourself and your body to tke on some, daily, some weekly, some monyhly that are you taking wxquisite care of yourself and your body? I am going to challenge you to have 3 of. those be things you are not already doing yet, but you have always wanted to. Where am i spending my time? Waht am i spending my time on? what do you notice?
