Shen Jiu and Yue Qi and beggars, but after a fight Shen Jiu ends up getting purchased by a sadistic young master named Qiu Jianluo. After Shen Jiu burns the manor and becomes Wu Yanzi’s disciple, he runs into Yue Qi again. But Yue Qi is now Yue Qingyuan, a distinguished cultivator.
