Shen Qingqiu meets Luo Binghe in the dream realm, and is horrified to see that Luo Binghe is punishing himself by destroying his dream creations. Shen Qingqiu tries to comfort him, but is also weary of giving him false hope. When he wakes up, he finds himself in the care of Zhuzhi-Lang, the snake demon he saved in Bai Lu forest. Zhuzhi-lang wants to take Shen Qingqiu to the demon realm for some mysterious purpose, but Shen Qingqiu tricks him and escapes. He makes his way to Cang Qiong sect and is horrified to learn that Luo Binghe has been attacking the sect for the past 2 days.
