Types of Prayer​Invocation: this is when we call God to be present to us but also remind ourselves that God is always present to us when we call on his name ​Confession: we tell God of our sins​Thanksgiving: we praise and thank God for his goodness​Petition: we ask God for the things we need for our life​Intercession: This is when we pray for other people and the world

Set aside a time each day for prayer. Create a Sacred Space, this could be a prayer closet, altar, you could even make a space on your night table or in your family room, allow spirit to guide you .Purchase or create a prayerbook with your favorite palms, prayers and affirmations.Remember to thank God throughout your day, have an attitude of gratitude
