Listen "Creator behind Back to Body Basics"
Episode Synopsis
Hello listeners, welcome to the Back to Body Basics podcast first off thank you for your attention and finding your way to this podcast! I appreciate you ;)
I’m your host Mallory Rickloff, OTD, OTR/L and fitness enthusiast. I started this podcast as a way for health professionals to connect and promote their skillsets and also for people to learn the latest evidence to support their health and wellness journey.
A little bit about me, I have a B.S. in Health and Physical Education and a minor in Human performance from Edinboro University now know as Penn West Edinboro. I was a DII collegiate swimmer for 4 years and ran track and field for a semester while getting my degree.
After graduation, I knew I wanted to go further, so I got my OTD from Gannon University.
I have about 2 years of home health experience and I am currently now pursuing non-traditional opportunities in the online space- specifically mindset coaching, sports rehab, and nutrition consulting.
When I’m not working, you can find me lifting weights/crossfitting, training for triathlons, hiking, reading, sunbathing, and hanging out with friends and family.
I am excited to bring you this podcast and I aim to fill episodes with interesting people with various backgrounds in the Health and Fitness industry. If you wish to subscribe you can follow along on the anchor app and/or Spotify. If you would like to donate to keep the podcast going, you are more than welcome to support in that way as well. Again, thank you for listening and welcome!
