Obviously, there is life beyond the sports field. Athletes also leave their passions as they grow older and when life circumstances demand it. But what happens to athletes after they retire from competing? 
 
We should recognize the need for the athletes to be in a team to connect with after sports. When athletes experience life outside their passions they actually encounter the pressure which comes from what we call identity transitions. Particularly, when they reach the state of being married and having a kid where from being a sportsperson they shift into another path.
 
Moreover, this Athletes Unite Conference is aiming to provide an experience for athletes where they can learn to create businesses, and identify career opportunities through sports, entrepreneurship, and technology.
