This week's four course offering starts with a creamy spinach soup, followed by a meaty mushroom bourguinon, vegan vanilla cupcakes and after all that, if you have the room, pumpkin and golden syrup pie. This week’s music inspiration comes from the humble onion in the spinach soup with a touch of La Francaise from the bourguinon The result of this mixture is a stirring rendition of Napoleon Boneparte's Onion March circa 1800 accompanied (silently) by Gail and her marching band pom poms.Presented by Gail Hall with co-hosts Peter or Catherine, Gail presents a wide range of recipes from the decadently delicious through to gorgeously healthy eating. She LOVES, and is a little obsessed with, collecting recipes.
