For this topic, i will be talking about boundaries, and how to have them. Boundaries are different for everyone. First of all, you need to know what yours is. What’s your love language, what’s your attachment style, what’s your trigger and how you want ppl to treat you. I did something that i’m proud of this week. I stood by my boundary and i didn’t neglect myself how i used to. Healing can be a lonely journey and ppl will most probably leave you and hate you for setting those boundaries because they won’t get that “people pleaser” version of you anymore. But do what it takes to protect your mental health and well being, even when they think you’re mean. Do whatever it takes not to ever abandon yourself and your boundaries.
