Branching off the success of Brauwerk Hoffman in Campbell's Bay, Quebec, Eric Mainville and his partners went to Ontario and started Brauwerk Hoffman Rockland in 2020. Their focus is still to make great German-style beers and meals. Hopefully, we'll see their beers at the LCBO soon!
