Co-founded and co-owned by Tampa Bay Lightning player Calvin de Haan, the brewpub opened its doors in 2019 in a building with a lot of history. In this interview, brewmaster Joel Windich talks about the heist that happened when the building was a bank and how he went from the kitchen to brewing.
