In some cases, the individual talents can be overshadowed by the dynamics of team interactions and as the world of available talent broadens, so must we broaden our ability to navigate and influence those interactions to create opportunity for high functioning teams. This discussion will come in two parts. This episode focuses on choosing a team from the characters within the MCU based on a standard cross functional digital team working in Scrum.  We pick characters for 4 roles on this type of team and discuss who has a long way to go in being a general manager and drafting people.
