5 Things to Improve Your Life - Motivation
What? - What is it you want to achieve? Do you know clearly what your task or goal is. Is it clear in your mind? How easy or hard is it for you to be able to do this?
Why??? Whats the reason you want to achieve or complete the task? Is it something that will improve things in your life or make life easier? Is it something you are wanting to do or something someone else has made you think you should be doing? Having a why makes it clearer to you if are wanting to do it? If you want it then it’s going to be a lot easier to start and complete!
How? Do you have a plan of action? Is it something that is big or small? Is it doable to you? Or is it causing you anxiety? Are there steps you can take to break down the task or goal you are wanting to complete or finish, to make it more achievable in your mind?
When? Do you have a time you want to achieve or complete the task or goal in? What is that time? Is it doable? Do you need to choose a start date? Sometimes this works to have a day you are going to start a task or goal but then remember life gets in the way. So another way to approach to this is to think could I just start it today. What am I waiting for. Putting things off can sometimes make us make a bigger deal of it.
Ask? Can you get others to help you? Can you get someone to do it with you to be accountable too? Asking for help can sometimes help you understand the What, Why and How and help you then decide the When.
