Hello my friend and welcome to Day 3 of the 7 days of meditation under 7 minutes series 🎉
Day 3 - we are free ... in the bliss of joy 😊 Freedom is joy and joy is freedom 🕊
We settle in today’s 7-minute meditation with deep breathing through the nose. Then we ask ourself silently “What brings me joy today?“. The Sanskrit mantra for today is “Om Anandam Namah” which translates into English as “I am the bliss of being”. You can also use “I am bliss” as your mantra instead of the Sanskrit phrase. Remember to chose what serves You best! We close our meditation with the intention: “I am blessed for being here now.”
