Listen "Thomas Brown: A 7,000-Mile Journey of Healing, Awareness, and Hope /Ep3695"
Episode Synopsis
When I am not writing, I love to experiment with still and motion photography as well as other mediums of storytelling. I host two mental health-specific podcasts, Inner Monologue and Stages. Inner Monologue is an interview format where I provide a platform for others to share their stories of trial and triumph. Stages, my latest podcast project, is more of an audio diary where I share the journey of my mental health as I navigate grief and the ever-changing stages of life. I just published my first book, 2012: A Bicycle Odyssey. It tells the tale of a 7,000-mile cross-country bicycle ride to raise awareness of suicide and the healing power of art.
