Richard is C. O. O. of Realise, a specialist events services agency. Richard co-founded Realise in 2017, initially to deliver the events apprenticeship. The company has grown rapidly to encompass events training and consultancy and virtual and onsite 'event intelligence.' Realise also acts as a boutique investment and advisory agency as well as creating and developing new event concepts. Richard is a frequent speaker at industry events around the globe and a sought-after coach and mentor for start-ups within the sponsorship and events industry. He is the author of 4 books on effective communication through events, and his articles on all aspects of face to face communication have appeared in more than 50 magazines. Website
