FOUNDER AND MENTOR AT WE MENTORSHIP The programme targets teenagers and young adults who do not have a proper system. to achieve set goals . I am a self-motivated individual that believes my existence is intertwined with purpose and that the essence of that purpose must be felt by those I interact with. I am creative, a strategic planner, solution oriented and an innovative thinker which propels me to maximize on opportunities in both my personal and professional life. I am a wife and mother of two beautiful children. I have eighteen (18) years' experience in the Construction Industry and have served in positions such as Civil Engineering Technician, Project Engineer, Planning and Schedule Manager and Operations Planner. I have worked on numerous projects such as the University of Trinidad & Tobago Tamana Campus, University of West Indies Debe Campus, Cariri Centre for Enterprise Development, East Gates mall, Ministry of Health Administrative Building and presently work in Guyana as an expat in the position of Project Planner. The thing I hold closest to me is continuous improvement in self-development. I invest time and resources to continuously learn how to be a better version of myself for myself, my family and those around me. My creativity is inherent and is reflected in art pieces done from childhood into adulthood. My art over the years comprises of landscape paintings ,portraits, abstract , home and event decor. I prefer a heuristic style which enables me to be in the mix of whatever I am doing. LinkedIn
