As head of strategy at Designworks, Rowan leads clients through user-centred discovery to identify and implement meaningful business opportunities. Rowan formed the strategy that would win the tender to design the Queens Baton for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. He guided the design team through a design thinking process that delivered the Queen's Baton to Buckingham Palace and an experience that touched 1.5 billion people.
