In the second episode of Season 2, Zoroverse features Veera Rustomji, an academic and artist interested in Zoroastrian history and culture. Veera joined RTR7 as an alumni and volunteer, providing insights about various sites and managing different elements of the trip. The episode begins with Veera introducing herself and continues with three segments: first, a quick description and summary of Return to Roots (RTR) Day 4; second, descriptions of Veera's interest and work as an artist and scholar interested in the Zoroastrian tradition; third, Veera speaks on important challenges and perspectives the community should become aware of through the "72 Questions".

RTR Day 4 emerged as means to explore Zoroastrian history and narrative formation through our visit to the coast of Nargol and the town of Sanjan. One of the most interesting parts of Day 4 was learning the different means through which evidence of a historical civilisation is collected through archaeological and anthropological processes. Veera describes how finding this evidence allows us to reconsider the stories we tell about ourselves to ourselves, for they shape our perspective of the past and our trajectory moving forward.

In the core section of the podcast, we learn more about Veera's work as an artist and scholar in Karachi. She presents how she has to work together to manage different expectations and interests, and how the research she does and should effect the light in which the community sees itself to help empower them for the future.

In the final segment, "72 Questions", Veera answers the following questions: “Have you seen God?”; “What do you think are some of the most prominent internal conflicts that the Zoroastrian community needs to address immediately?”; “How do you engage with the sacred texts of Zoroastrianism in your spiritual journey?"
