Episode Synopsis "Lazy Eights, COM, CFI Series"
Lazy Eights, you want to fly this maneuver like you’re a hundred years old, slow and steady and gradually. It’s more of an art form, and the 45, 90, 135 degree points are more of a checkpoint than a formulate fly. Just gradually pitch up to 15-20 degrees while slowly banking until you reach the 90 degree mark. Slow and steady wins the race. Remember to ease the nose slowly back to level once your 200 feet from your target entry altitude and heading and control the descent until you reach your target heading and altitude then repeat in the opposite direction.
