Assaggi is a delicious Italian restaurant in Bethesda, MD. Famous for it's Mozzarella Cheese, It is a nice place to go for a fancy dinner. The service is great, and the food doesn't take long. There is an open kitchen to observe the chefs at work. To start off my meal, I had warm bread with prosciutto and mozzarella cheese. Then, I ate the Garganelli Pasta with bolognese sauce.
