Episode Synopsis
The Kentucky Bourbon Festival is entering its third decade of existence in Bardstown, Ky., known as the "Bourbon Capital of the World." The event is held the third weekend in September, but VIP tickets sold out in a matter of hours, and general admission tickets go on sale Monday.
The festival has been "re-visioned," and two of the men guiding its evolution discuss what is in store for this year's bourbon enthusiasts and Bardstown residents, and some of the reasons for those changes.
Randy Prasse, KBF president and COO, and David Mandell, Chair of the festival's board, talk with Forrest Berkshire, editor of The Kentucky Standard.
