Studies indicate that more than 90% of the people that started the gym in January tend to quit after three months. But how do you stay in the game when there are mountains of distractions in and around your life? Distraction is the agent of inaction and the thief of opportunity. Unfortunately, if you don’t separate yourself from the distractions, distractions will separate you from your goals. The way to drown the distractions is to feed your focus because what gets focused gets action.
