Listen "Gratitude | Ep 8"
Episode Synopsis
This episode is being released a few days before Thanksgiving, and so this week, we are going to talk about the practice of gratitude. I know, I know; could we be any more cliché? (RIP, Matthew Perry.)
It’s really easy to forget about all the good things in our lives. We get used to having them, and they become so commonplace that we almost don’t notice them anymore. The practice of gratitude is a game changer. Without gratitude, everything in your life can feel like nothing. But with gratitude, even the smallest thing can feel like everything.
This week, Katherine shares about how her experiences during cancer treatment taught her to be more grateful for the simple gifts in her life. You’ll also hear recorded snippets from her friends and family about what they are grateful for.
What are you grateful for today?
Thanks to my editor Belle Battista, and to everyone who sent in their gratitude. We’d love to hear from you too!
