Hello again everyone! :) I know it's been a while and felt about time to share another episode! In this podcast episode Kristen talks about the energetics and big inner and outer themes of 2022 and then what we're going to be stepping into in this powerful 7 year of 2023. She shares more about the grief and metaphysical death that's currently cycling through us and the collective right now as we're being called to let go of old patterns, old ways of relating, old connections, old belief systems and coping mechanisms that are no longer serving us, but that have become so deeply woven throughout our being that letting go of them can feel so excruciating and painful.
