Today's episode comes from a discussion with a student in the Quietmind Yoga Teacher Training about "Peak Poses." This is a common way of teaching that involves building up to an intermediate or advanced pose within a class. There are many pros and cons to consider with this and I'll share what I found after experimenting with this approach many times over the years and encourage you to build on my experience to find what works best for you.
