This is the first episode of the podcast! I'm very excited to start this new journey! My hope is that this podcast will help you to find joy in your life and make a difference in your home, community, and also your personal relationship with yourself! I'll be sharing personal experiences, stories, and tips that have helped me to do this. Episodes will be uploaded every week on Mondays (except this one because it's my launch episode). I hope that the Y.I.E.L.D. mindset will make a profound difference in your life as you live it like it has for me.
