Listen "Let's Talk about Triggers"
Episode Synopsis
It seems like we've all adopted the language and concept of 'being triggered', but is it helping us? In today's episode I suggest that maybe we're focusing on the wrong thing. The trigger itself might be interesting, but if we notice the trigger while missing the opportunity to explore what it's set off in us, we're probably no better off. And just avoiding triggers at all costs may not be working for us either. To quote Ana Forest: 'Never waste a good trigger.'Let's look at what our triggers are bringing up for us, and how we can use them for our healing and growth.Follow me on instagram: @_anniecarterAnd head to my website for some free gifts, and to sign up for emails from me. anniecarter.com.auLinks from this episode:https://www.pc.gov.au/inquiries/current/indigenous-arts/draft Let's Connect!
