When you're driven by a purpose or attuned to the suffering of others, it can be easy to neglect to care for yourself. But, regardless of the form of activism you participate in, you want to be in it for the long haul.So it's important that you don't burn yourself out in the process of showing up for others.Today's guided meditation is for you. It's not about selfishness or ignoring the need outside yourself. It's about tending to yourself as well as the people and causes that you're passionate about.
