Diana Olynick is an Engineer,  XR Designer & Award Winner, Speaker, Host of the XR Magazine Podcast. Founder at the agency (M4 Method)  where she helps other professionals and businesses to create their own business strategy and design to adopt XR technologies so they can better support their clients and increase brand engagement. She uses techniques from engineering, lean and project management as well as XR Design including storytelling and narrative. Diana is the host of the  Show “The XR Magazine” where she interviews creators, artists, and founders from all around the world to share their learned experiences and how they are changing the world with XR.
Diana is currently an ambassador at Circuit Stream, an XR Canadian School, a mentor for Futurpreneur Canada, a business mentor for start-ups at North Forge, a mentor for Women in Engineering at the Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba Association and a Committee Member and Writer for the Keytone Professional Magazine publication at EGM.
