The Evaluation Question: “How Will I Know That I Am Serving People Well?”How do you know if you are serving your people well?5. The Blind Spot Question: “What is it Like For the People Who Work With Me?”What is it like to be on the other side of the table?Are you working to serve the people around you or for your personal gain?6. The Respect Question: “How Can I Gain Value While Adding Value to Others by Serving?”How does serving purify your motives?7. The Giftedness Question: “What Do I Do Best that Allows Me to Serve People Best?”What are my strengths? How can I use them to serve others?What is my background?
