F.I.T. has turned out some of the biggest names in fashion today (think Calvin, Kors), and continues to shape the fashion landscape. Being in the heart of New York City, it is also directly impacted by the city's melting pot of cultures and the prevailing Zeitgeist. Here, Dr. Brown discusses her legacy, her proudest accomplishments, and how during her tenure, the college awarded 82,389 degrees and certificates, with the number of bachelor's degrees climbing by 348 percent.
