Dozens of volunteers have spent weeks collecting toys and other items to help people around Alamance County. It’s an effort that will continue in the weeks leading up to Christmas. The donations at Christmas Cheer of Alamance County will go to kids, families and elderly residents who might otherwise not have much this holiday season. The Director of Christmas Cheer, Betty Hall, joined Jeff Hamlin to discuss the organization that has existed for over 100 years.
