Olivia recently started a new role at Buckinghamshire Cricket Board as the Women’s and Girls’ Manager. Olivia talks about the new role, overcoming barriers and the positive outlook she has towards the game. She's a brilliant individual who has achieved so much in such a short space of time but still has plenty more to come!
